What makes Heart Transformation Effective?

  • Overwhelming evidence of scripture
  • Fosters response to scripture
  • Shepherding with the expectation of change / accountability
  • The heart is revealed on a personal basis: desires, beliefs, fears
  • Encouraged to listen to God, hear Him, obey and call out
  • Assumes sin is there and demands it be dealt with
  • High expectation to live the "abundant life"
  • Intentional not random
  • Demands going past knowledge to full surrender, therefore faith is put into action
  • Set free to be all that God created you to be - believing to the point of action
  • Expects each participant to share/teach it
  • Assumes there is no real change unless the heart is transformed by the Spirit of God
  • Expects total healing and total freedom
  • Expects one to be a disciple and Kingdom Builder
  • Teaches that apart from God, we can do nothing
  • Individuals experience the frustration of trying to foster change without the Lord
  • It is a process (not a study) to experience loving Him with "all", therefore His power is present in us; we then teach others
  • Teaches true repentance
  • Reveals counterfeit living by the law vs. by the Spirit
  • Preparation and commitment is required
  • We learn to invite God into every situation - practicing His presence
