What does it look like in my church?
Key Questions to Consider
- How important is loving the Lord with all
your heart?
What if your church members believe, on a scale of 1-10, that they are
spiritually an “8”? What if in God’s eyes, they are really a “4” in
loving Him with all their hearts? What is the outcome – Cultural
Christianity.” (add link to Cultural Christianity article.)
- Is it possible to love with all your
heart? How would I know if I love Him with all my heart?
Most
churches and individual’s are unaware of how to test whether they love
the Lord with “all”. Since Jesus made reference in Luke 10:27 to loving
with “all”, there must be great opportunity for spiritual health, if we
come to grips with the degree to which we love Him with all our hearts.
- How does the world characterize the people
in the church? If I loved the Lord with all my heart, what would it
mean in my marriage, with my children, at work, in my relationships, and
in my Kingdom work?
Consider what your church could look like if 30-50% of your people loved
the Lord with all their hearts.
